Cloud Process Analyst - Boston, MA

Full time, Permanent position in Boston.

The cloud organizational/process analyst will be accountable for the capture, development and documentation of all new operational processes, standards, and organizational requirements associated with a next generation cloud based infrastructure. The process analyst will work with the cloud architect, platform specialists, and third-party partners throughout the design and build-out phases, helping to define processes while preparing for all required process changes associated with the rollout of the cloud infrastructure. The process analyst will also be accountable for the development /capture of organizational roles and structures required to support a cloud infrastructure and for the transition/education activities required.

Strong written and verbal skills
Strong process skills
Strong organizational analysis skills
Knowledge if IT infrastructure a strong plus
Knowledge of IT service definition creation and design a plus
Knowledge if IT chargeback methodologies a plus

Experience

5-7 years experience in process analysis
Proven track record of designing and delivering process /organizational plans for multiple types of organizations and situations
Experience building process constructs for IT hosting environments a plus

Education
College Degree
Certification – ITIL processes – Strong Plus
