Systems Engineer
The Systems Engineer will share responsibilities in a variety of technological areas including assisting in managing Windows/Linux servers and Windows/Mac desktops, account management, production contingency planning/testing and systems documentation.
The role includes working with business analysts to provide front-line application support.
The Systems Engineer will provide technical support and guidance to end-users including hardware and software troubleshooting and will coordinate vendor and third-party maintenance for network connectivity, software support, and telecommunications services.
