Eagle PACE SRM Business Analyst

Overview:
Reporting to the manager of the Project Management/Business Analyst team within Investments Control, the PACE Business Analyst will focus on projects related to the Eagle Investment Systems PACE data warehousing system. Overview:
Reporting to the manager of the Project Management/Business Analyst team within Investments Control, the PACE Business Analyst will focus on projects related to the Eagle Investment Systems PACE data warehousing system. This individual will be responsible for collaborating with all operational teams within the Investments Control Group to document business requirements while coordinating with Technology department. This position will also be responsible for overseeing operational projects, evaluating existing workflow, and coordinating projects that span across multiple teams. The position also includes supporting the needs of Investments Control and the investment divisions as they relate to operational systems/workflow and/or ad-hoc requests, and working with Investment Control managers to identify initiatives to improve efficiencies/capacity within systems, applications and workflow processes.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Develop a thorough understanding of all functions performed within the Investment Control Group
• Elicit the operational community’s requirement for enhancing existing systems and workflow
• Provide process and technology recommendation for improving efficiency or reducing risk associated with our operational environment
• Liaise with member of our IT staff to ensure project requirements are clearly documented and that initiatives are progressing as expected
• Develop/review business testing processes to ensure requirements are met and implementation risk is mitigated.
• Work with the business community to establish functional requirements for the warehouse, including data loading, data exports, data storage requirements, and reporting requirements
• Write business requirement documents to be utilized by our IT staff
• Provide timely updates on progress of assigned tasks to project manager
• Coordinate/execute QA test plans on behalf of the functional department within Investments Control
• Become a subject matter expert related systems integrated with the PACE warehouse
Required Skills:
• Expertise with Eagle Investment Systems – PACE, Security Reference Manager (SRM), and PACE Reporting
• SQL Querying Capabilities
• Understanding of Security Master and Transactions within PACE
• Familiar with Bloomberg, Reuters, IDC vendor files
• 5+ years experience with data warehousing concepts
• Experience writing Business Requirement Documents and QA Test Plans
• Independent thinking, decision-making, ability to work with various departments and strong work ethic are imperative
• Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to analyze process with a focus on development solutions which improve efficiency and/or reduce risk.

Senior Application Support Analyst – Fixed Income Systems
Full time, permanent position at Boston Based investment firm.
Purpose:
The Income Systems team is responsible for the all technology that supports fixed income portfolio management and risk management. This includes the project management and support for all in-house developed systems and third party applications, with high standards of security and reliability.
Primary Responsibilities:
