ASP.NET/VB.NET Developer

Full time position at financial firm in Waltham, MA

2-8 years of experience in middle tier .NET development

DEVELOPER

The Development department creates, builds, and maintains software applications to help everyone associated with company work more efficiently.

As a developer, your responsibilities would include:
• Enhancing and developing applications for our internal staff, as well as our advisors, relying primarily on Microsoft technologies
• Being involved with all aspects of the development process, from application design to coding, testing, and rollout

The ideal candidate would also meet the following requirements:
• At least 2–3 years’ programming experience in Microsoft technologies
• A minimum of 1 year of experience with ASP.NET/ VB.NET
• Experience with SQL/relational databases
• Solid communication skills
• A strong work ethic
• Financial services industry experience, a plus
