Eagle Pace Business Systems Analyst

Full time or position or long term multi-year contract

Overview:

This individual will be responsible for working with the business community as the development group to create business requirement. In addition, this individual will have responsibility for QA plans and ensuring that the final deliverables are accepted in a timely fashion.

This position will also be responsible for project management of PACE related initiatives. The position puts the candidate in contact will all areas of the organization and will be required to work closely with other members of the project team(s).

Mandatory requirements:

• 2-3 years Eagle PACE development experience
• 3+ years experience in the financial services industry
• 5+ years experience in an IT organization
• 3-5 years experience in a business analyst role
• Undergraduate degree in technology discipline or equivalent experience

Skills:

• Experience with Eagle Investment Systems – PACE, Security Reference Manager (SRM), and PACE Reporting, required.
• Experience writing Business Requirement Documents and QA Test Plans required
• Extremely strong interpersonal skills, proven ability to work directly with the business community
• 5 years experience with data warehousing concepts
• 5 years experience in the investment management sector required.
• Must possess strong project management skills
• Must be detail oriented with very strong organizational and communication skills
