Senior Windows Engineer Contract - start ASAP

Investment management firm near Boston. Start date as early as MONDAY.

Contract position for a senior Windows Systems Engineer. Candidate must be local and available to start immediately. Contract role - potential for hire down the road if qualified but not a necessity.

-5 years installing, configuring, and patch administration on windows systems

-Experience with windows 2000 and 2003 Standard/Enterprise x86 and x64 Intel based systems

-Strong experience supporting windows servers in a production environment

-Prior experience with HP blade servers and chassis' - including ILO and chassis switching

-MSCS 2003 experience

-Experience with imaging tools such as Acronis

-Strong ability to isolate problems in a production environment considering networking, authentication, and other infrastructure systems.
