· Hands on .NET Developer that can take ownership projects.

· Work with project Manager on Design, Delivery, Code Reviews, Scalability, Volume, Performance

· Solid financial or investment exp. Does not need trading.

· Must have exp as a Tech Lead on an Enterprise .NET application. (Going from a thin client to an enterprise app)
