Senior BI Data Analyst / Modeler, Boston, MA

Full time, permanent role in downtown Boston.

This Senior Business Intelligence Data Analyst / Modeler position is accountable for designing and delivering new business intelligence capabilities leveraging complex enterprise data.

Mentors others on developing best practices on estimates and the importance of use cases.
Able to capture and create data-specific business requirements, including the ability to write technical specifications for reports.
Works with business subject matter experts and technical personnel to define data access and meta data design.


Job Responsibilities & Requirements

Data Modeling
Creation of Functional and/or Technical Specifications
Establish Data Profiling and cleansing strategy
Translation of business rules for data access and meta data design

Preferred Skills:

Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills - with a focus to negotiate for success.
Assertive and able to make high impact business decisions.
Understands the marketplace and understands the competitive environments both internally and externally.
Teradata trained and certified
