Fixed Income Business Analyst - Boston, MA

Full time, permanent position in Boston.


The Investment Systems Business Analyst will work with the business community to understand business processes and translate into functional requirements. You will lead small project teams; make process assessments; develop and document functional solutions; and explain advantages, risks and alternatives to both the business and technology communities. Work closely with end users to insure they are utilizing the technologies effectively

Required:
5 plus years as a Business Analyst designing complex business applications.
Financial Services experience, preferably Fixed Income
Bachelor’s degree

Desired:
-experience to fund accounting systems, trading systems or analytics systems.
-functioning knowledge of SQL and database design
-understanding with SSRS and/or report writing tools
-understanding with SharePoint
-experience to LatentZero, Portia, SalesLogix, Bloomberg, Point, or Intex
