Director, High Income Technology – Boston, MA

This is a full time, permanent position in Boston.

Our client based in Boston, MA is seeking a Director of Income Technology to start in a permanent position ASAP. In this position you will manage a large budget and directly manage an engineering group of 8-10 people that will are responsible for the project / matrix management, and the engineering of the High Income initiatives. Reporting to the VP of High Income Technology you will require the following skills and experience to be considered for the position:

-Extensive experience and demonstrated expertise in delivering and maintaining scalable technical solutions
-Extensive team & people management required
-High Income knowledge & Industry experience
-Proven track record of delivery, with a demonstrated progression in career and responsibilities
-Emphasis on the ability to build and manage a highly performing and responsive global team, promoting a culture of meritocracy, trust, and enthusiasm
-Expert at deploying an agile methodology and process
-Excellent relationship, influencing, and communication skills, enabling a sound accountability model across a matrixed organization.
-Highly motivated and willing to take on risk
-BS or MS College Degree preferred
