This is a full time, permanent position. No sponsorship available.
Investment Management experience required
Primary Responsibilities:
-Propose and design technical solutions
-Create new system components
-Enhance existing components
-Provide remediation for existing system issues
-Participate in peer reviews (both code and design reviews)
-Produce effective technical documentation where needed
Mandatory requirements:
Familiarity with .NET 3.5 + C# 3.0 nice to have but not required
Several years of .NET experience, including 1-2 years of working with .NET 2.0
· Strong object-oriented design and patterns in .NET
· Strong preference for experience with .NET 3.0 technologies: WPF, WCF, WF (WCF = Windows Communication Foundation, WF = Windows Workflow Foundation)
· Familiarity with distributed enterprise applications (systems that span several physical machines)
· Database proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (2000 or preferably 2005)
