The person will be the lead project manager across multiple applications development and vendor integration initiatives from inception to implementation. This position will monitor and document progress, report on milestone deliverables, risks and costs across ongoing technology initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements across a portfolio of Shared Resource technology initiatives.
• Responsible for reporting status of projects during Bi Weekly portfolio meeting across all of IT.

• Maintains burn rate by project, provides budgeted vs. actual cost analysis
• Maintains overall project task list that includes tasks/issues/risks across all technology initiatives
• Facilitates inter-project communication and supports the Business Systems Manager for Steering Committee reporting
• Responsible for the oversight of the teams change management entries to ensure proper allocation and avoidance of team overlap.
• Maintain overall Release Management Calendar to ensure transparency of production impacting releases.
• Responsible for Resource Allocation across three teams in a “pooled” resource methodology. Proper tracking of resources and their allocation is required to fully understand open resources available for project or tasks.
• Responsible for project coordination toolset and project reporting standards
TECHNOLOGY AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE:
• Experience with a large, functionally diverse, and informed user base that demands high quality applications.
• Experience with reporting status, milestones, deliverables across multiple technology initiatives
• Experience with project management reporting tools
• Exposure to various business disciplines (such as Private Equity, Compliance, Legal, Investor Relations, Human Resources and Finance)
